Panorama PID boards to vote on elected seats after 1,371 occupancy certificates
The combined boards of Panorama Public Infrastructure Districts 1-5 will hold a special meeting to consider adoption of two resolutions: one adopting the amended final operating and capital budget for 2026 for District No. 1, and another (Resolution 2026-05) that would trigger a transition from appointed to elected board seats once an estimated 1,371 certificates of occupancy are issued by Herriman City.
