Power District PID boards to elect officers and adopt foundational policies
The Power District Public Infrastructure District No. 4 Board, meeting jointly with PIDs 5-8, 11, and 12, will elect a chair, treasurer/vice chair, and clerk, and consider approving a joint agenda. They will discuss coordination of districts and engagement of a district engineer, and act on multiple joint resolutions adopting conflicts of interest policy, rules of order, electronic meeting procedures, public records policy, annual administrative resolution, district bylaws, and certifications to the state auditor. Public comment will be heard.
- Election of District Chair, Treasurer/Vice Chair, and Clerk/Secretary
- Approve engagement of WBA, PC as General Counsel
- Adopt joint resolutions for Conflicts of Interest Policy, Rules of Order, Electronic Meetings, Public Records Policy, and Bylaws for PIDs 4-8, 11, and 12
