I, Marla R. Young, Box Elder County Clerk, give notice that it has become necessary for the
governing board of Box Elder County to make appointments and reappointments to the various special service districts within the County.
According to Utah Code 17B-l-302 The board member qualifications are that a board of trustee shall be a registered voter at the location of the members residence and be a resident within the boundaries of the district.
