City Council

City Council

Vienna Utility Board

City Council

The Vienna City Council adopted the Master Plan for Spencer’s Landing, appointed Nick Bibbee to the Planning Commission, accepted a Justice Assistance Grant, approved the voluntary dismissal of ongoing opioid litigation, and approved the 2025‑2026 General Fund and Coal Severance Budgets submission. All motions passed with votes ranging from 6‑0 to 7‑0.
