1. Call to Order – President Pat Tracy (appeared virtually) called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Trustees in
attendance were Darryll Schmidt, Emily Milquet, Mack McKim, Steve Stumbris, and Keith Frank (appeared
virtually). Also present were Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer Sara Pullen, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Jessica
Fendrick, WWTP Operator Tylor Stumbris, WWTP Assistant Lee Bartels, Streets Supervisor Dennis
Whitton, Michaela Kieffer with the Peshtigo Times, and Olivia Milquet. Trustee JoAnn Polomis was
excused.

Wausaukee, 94, Town of Wagner, 58, and mutual aid calls totaled 28. Arthur declared that the WRS
made huge strides in community outreach in 2025 including taking over the ‘Back Pack Program’
which donated 100 fully stocked back packs to children in need in the community, donated hygiene
kits to the Wausaukee School for both boys and girls, took over the booyah booth for th
