PRESENTATION – SAM THRUSH-VENTURE LITITZ: Sam Thrush, Executive Director of Venture Lititz, stated that he started with Venture Lititz in December, 2025. He explained that he has 7½ years of experience running a downtown organization. He added that his first major event in Lititz was Fire and Ice. Thrush explained that in addition to projects, programs, and initiatives with promotions and marketing, they also have programs for economic development. He stated that they are actively positioning themselves to help different developers within the core of our community. He added that they are also working to retain businesses as well as fill in any vacancies. He stated that 2 new businesses are opening downtown next month. He added that this area would be limited to operations that assist the quarry and would not allow a new quarry pit.
