Call Meeting to Order:
e Chairman Daniel called the meeting to order.
Approval of December 2025 Minutes
e Commissioner Simmons made a motion to approve the December 2025 Minutes.
Commissioner Hitchcock seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
December Bills: $831,290.21
e The bills to be ratified were as follows:
o Administrative & Other - $443,610.41
Road Department - $65,644.06
Sheriff/Jail - $135,608.15
Courthouse - $79,299.85
EMA - $937.18
E911 - $1,601.42
Landfill - $104,589.14
e Commissioner Simmons made a motion to approve the December bills in the amount of
$831,290.21. Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.

Road Department Update
e Public Work Director Robert Holmes, Jr. gave an update on where the crews are for the week.
Appointments:
e Elijah Muhammad proclamation & in honor of sign —- Yanga Nkrumah & Crystal Singleton
o Came back to this appointment due to late arrival.
o Mrs. Singleton and Mr. Nkrumah asked commissioners to approve the proclamation.
e Paving Roads- Deborah Brown
o Mrs. Brown stated that she would like roads paved where churches are, but would
also like to see all of Washington County roads to some day be paved.
