Gordon College music center hearing continued to July 13
The Conservation Commission will hold a continued public hearing on Gordon College's proposal to build a Music Center at 255 Grapevine Road, including walkways, stormwater structures, and a generator. The hearing, opened April 27, has been continued multiple times. The commission will also review the Planning Board's proposed Subdivision Rules and Regulations.

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all
Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday July 13, 2026 at 7pm in Town Hall.
The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from
the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the
promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive
gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board.

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all
Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday June 22, 2026 at 7pm via Zoom.
The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from
the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the
promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive
gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board.
Commissioners are appointed by the Select Board for a three-year term: Michael Novak (2026); Jackie LeClair (2027); Leo
