Approved July 27, 2026 Conservation Commission July 13, 2026 Page:1/2 Town of Wenham 138 Main Street Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes of July 13, 2026 __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday July 13, 2026 at 7pm in Town Hall. The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board. Approved July 27, 2026 Conservation Commission June 22, 2026 Page:1/2 Town of Wenham 138 Main Street Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes of June 22, 2026 __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday June 22, 2026 at 7pm via Zoom. The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board.
