Todd Rosenblum, Applicant's Architect, and William Johnson, Applicant's Engineer were
present and stated that the Application was last before this Board in February 2026. The site plan
has been altered to include a larger addition, the existing structure to remain and an alternate fire
access lane as per the Village Board's request. Mr. Rosenblum stated that the number of seats has
been reduced for the congregation and less onsite parking is being offered. This new plan
involves more variances. However, most of the proposed variances were approved at a higher
percentage than previously granted. Mr. Rosenblum stated that he believes that the applicant
does not need to get a special permit from the Planning Board as the previous approval still
applies. Mr. Rosenblum also stated that he believes that the previous County GML still applies.
Mr. Rosenblum stated that they feel they are ready for Planning Board and the referral to the
ZBA.
