The site plan has been altered to include a larger addition, the existing structure to remain and an alternate fire access lane as per the Village Board's request. Mr. Rosenblum stated that the number of seats has been reduced for the congregation and less onsite parking is being offered. This new plan involves more variances. However, most of the proposed variances were approved at a higher percentage than previously granted. Mr. Rosenblum stated that he believes that the applicant does not need to get a special permit from the Planning Board as the previous approval still applies.
