Solicitor DiLucente opened the Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. Chris Mc N ally 401 Commonwealth Avenue asked why lot sizes, setbacks, and other items of residential development that would pertain to establishing high development standards, are not being addressed . Mr. Mcnally stated a petition was presented to the borough that it raised those specific issues and was signed by 60-70 residents all who are affected by the conditions. Mr. Anthony stated this was brought up before the planning commission and that the planning commission recommended approva l. Mr. M c nally asked why does good cause not also require the permittee to have the burden of proving they will be able to make use of the extension and complete the work they are being permitted by the borough to perform. Mr. Kamauf stated they are always obligated to fulfill the requirements of the permit. Mr. Mcnally asked if they do not have those things ready the time of the extension why give them an extension.
