Centre Market Commission

Human Rights Commission

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals approved two variances for Adam and Beth Bedway at 747 Market Street: increasing maximum sign height from 20 to 21 feet and total signage area from 100 to 168 square feet. The sign will be temporary vinyl until a box gutter is replaced, with a long-term plan to paint on the building. The Historic Landmarks Commission had already approved the request.
