Urban Renewal Agency

The Urban Renewal Agency is meeting to consider resolutions regarding debt for the Coffee Creek Plan District and the termination of tax increment collection for the West Side Plan. The agency will also consider property acquisitions for the Boeckman Road Corridor Project.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board voted 5-0 to maintain the park project priority list prepared in 2020 by the Parks Bond Task Force, rather than revise it. Kitakata Sister City Advisory Board

The Kitakata Sister City Advisory Board will meet to approve previous meeting minutes, introduce a new member, appoint a chair and vice chair, and discuss logistics for an upcoming trip to Japan. The board will also consider gifts for the sister city and sign a card for the delegation.

The Kitakata Sister City Advisory Board approved the September 13, 2023 meeting minutes unanimously. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee

The Wilsonville Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is meeting to discuss several projects, including a street naming convention, Pride and visual representation, a Natural Resources Metro Grant opportunity, public comment procedures, and Juneteenth sponsorship and planning. The committee will also approve minutes from previous meetings and scope activities for the second half of the year.

The committee also discussed street naming themes, a Pride art installation, and Juneteenth planning, with further discussion tabled to February.
