The Wright County Board of Adjustment will first act on the minutes from its July 12, 2024 meeting. It will then hold a public hearing on three applications: a variance for Ryan Erickson to build a home on Newcomb Ave SW, a variance for Kathleen Boorse to place an unpermitted storage building on 2320 44th St SE, and a lot‑line adjustment for the Hoover Trust to shift land between two parcels on Jellison Ave SW.

Health & Human Services Board and Advisory Committees

Planning Commission
The Wright County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on six land-use petitions. The body will consider requests for rezoning, interim use permits, and a conditional use permit for a residential subdivision.
