He informed Greg Moxley of a conflict of interest regarding one of the applications and contracts before the board. Greg Moxley will abstain from discussion and voting on the identified application and contract. No board action is required. During the previous meeting, a conflict of interest regarding a Request for Payment was identified and acknowledged, which required an amendment to the Agenda.
