Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

The Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals elected officers for 2025, approved minutes, and handled two variance cases. It continued the Skiage Enterprises variance (2024-50-DSV) to February 5, 2025, and conditionally approved the Matt Fortney variance (2024-51-DSV) for landscaping at 5900 W 96 Street in the Rural Local Business district. The board also approved its 2025 engagement letter.

Officers were elected, minutes approved, and a legal services engagement letter approved.
