Madison school board to vote on $65M borrowing and up to $200M in bond sales

Regular Board of Education Meeting

✓ Decidido: Madison School Board renames three elementary schools, effective 2026-27

The Madison School District Board of Education voted to rename Elvehjem Elementary to Ada Deer Elementary (5-1, one abstention), Lindbergh Elementary to Jeffrey Clay Erlanger Elementary (6-1), and Chavez Elementary to Roberto G. Sanchez Elementary (6-0, one abstention).
