Bienvenidos a nuestros invitados.

All right, welcome, welcome, welcome. We will call our work session to order. Thank you to all of our guests being here today. I appreciate you as always and our staff for the May 26th work session. We'll start with our consent agenda items. First one is minutes for number eight and nine are the minutes for the April 21st and May 12th meeting. Both with our canvassing. That's pretty much it. Any questions on that one? What's a Trantex pre-melter? It's a trailer that melts the thermoplastic that you guys use, the public works crews use to stripe the roads. Okay. We need that. Indeed. Number 11, consider authorizing the city manager to approve a contract for the purchase of one 2027 international HV607 Digger Derek from the Southwest International Trucks or an interlocal agreement with Bible purchasing co-op in an amount not to exceed $334,943.22. Consider authorizing the city manager to enter an agreement with Tartan Oil to purchase motor vehicle fuel through an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 annually. Again, based on our normal fuel needs outside of probably the fleet car programs, right? Yes. Are we seeing significant increases in fuel costs? And how is this impacting the estimate? This just goes as far as it goes, right? Right. This $1.5 million is the maximum allowed under our contract here that you're authorizing. Last year, we spent about $815,000. So this will give us some headroom for expansion of fuel costs. Thank you. Info share. So does that answer your question? Yes. Thank you. I think we're all seeing higher fuel costs. All our visitors we appreciate y'all being here. We will start our agenda review here as part of our work session. Item number five just FYI as poll. We will not be doing that presentation out of the dais. Moving on to item number eight. Approval of the February 17 regular meeting minutes. Any comments or edit suggestions? All right item number nine and ten. We're going to go through a presentation on this in a moment. Let me finish the others and then we'll come back to those two items. That's what's my point. It's multiple people. We use it to augment our staff like we don't have the luxury of having dedicated project people so we share our operational people with projects. So let's say for instance we need more resources that are heavier programming. We'll just use that bundle of money to go after that. But we also have a business process reviewing that's going on in multiple departments to fix som …
