All right, welcome, welcome, welcome. Welcome to all our guests out here. Appreciate staff being here and our visitors. We'll call our work session to order for June 9th. Our first item on the agenda is our minutes from the May 26 th regular council meeting. Any questions or edits to the minutes that we sent in? Any draft edits, Chloe? No. Number eight, consider authorizing the city manager to execute an amendment to the contract with Virtuosoft LLC through the TIPS purchase co-op for invoice cloud payment gateway and payment processing services to expand payment processing options, increasing the contract by $187,500 for a revised five-year total in an amount not to exceed $9 37,500. Very excited about this one. Do either of you want to maybe talk about some of the customer experience enhancements? Well, one, we're going to be able to do e-check, like one- time e-check after we get that set up. So this will allow us to do that. I think it's very responsive, though, to some of the feedback we've heard from our residents in terms of some of the limitations and other things. So I appreciate you all. And e-check's a free option, so people like free. They like free. Yep. So you like free, too, don't you? So is that what's driving the amendment on this particular item? To add additional options and have backup. Yep. Gotcha. It says it also increases the agreement authority due to the event …

All right, welcome, welcome, welcome. We will call our work session to order. Thank you to all of our guests being here today. I appreciate you as always and our staff for the May 26th work session. We'll start with our consent agenda items. First one is minutes for number eight and nine are the minutes for the April 21st and May 12th meeting. Both with our canvassing. That's pretty much it. All the wonderful words shared. Any other comments on the minutes? Any questions on that one? What's a Trantex pre-melter? It's a trailer that melts the thermoplastic that you guys use, the public works crews use to stripe the roads. Okay. We need that. Indeed. Number 11, consider authorizing the city manager to approve a contract for the purchase of one 2027 international HV607 Digger Derek from the Southwest International Trucks or an interlocal agreement with Bible purchasing co-op in an amount not to exceed $334,943.22. This is replacement fund. Right? Yep. What's the life of these replacements? 10 years. Thank you. All right. Welcome, everyone. It is Tuesday, April 7th. It is 545. We will start our meeting. Thank you for all of our guests being here today. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter this last weekend. Passover time as well for our Jewish community. A lot happening in the city today. So we'll just dive into our agenda. We'll start with our item number 10, which is to consider authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with maintenance operations and repair supplies with Lowe's Home Centers and Home Depot through the Omnia purchasing co -op in an amount not to exceed $180,000. These are just for sundry items on an as-needed basis. Based on our kind of historical purchase rates. Any questions? Okay. Number 11. Consider authorizing the city manager to enter an agreement with Tartan Oil to purchase motor vehicle fuel through an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 annually. Again, based on our normal fuel needs outside of probably the fleet car programs, right? Yes. Are we seeing significant increases in fuel costs? And how is this impacting the estimate? This just goes as far as it goes, right? Right. This $1.5 million is the maximum allowed under our contract here that you're authorizing. Last year, we spent about $815,000. So this will give us some headroom for expansion of fuel costs. Thank you. Info share. So does that answer your question? Yes. Thank you. I think we're all seeing higher fuel costs. Doesn't go quite as... My $15, I'l …

All our visitors we appreciate y'all being here. We will start our agenda review here as part of our work session. Item number five just FYI as poll. We will not be doing that presentation out of the dais. Moving on to item number eight. Approval of the February 17 regular meeting minutes. Any comments or edit suggestions? All right item number nine and ten. We're going to go through a presentation on this in a moment. Let me finish the others and then we'll come back to those two items. Number eleven consider authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with catapult staffing LLC to DIR purchasing co-op for staffing services and not not to exceed a million to any questions on this. Yes. There was something about one million came from one place and 200,000 came from a second place and my question had to do with the 200,000 but I haven't pulled up my agenda yet. I think it was work orders or something. Record management software. 200,000 is for the records management software which is really in Chloe's area. So is it a person or is it for the software? That's what's my point. It's multiple people. We use it to augment our staff like we don't have the luxury of having dedicated project people so we share our operational people with projects. So let's say for instance we need more resources that are heavier programming. We'll just use that bundle of money to go after that. But we also have a business process reviewing that's going on in multiple departments to fix som …
