The Centerville City Council will consider several consent‑agenda items, including an ordinance to update municipal waste collection definitions, a rezoning of 0.553 acres at 32 West Ridgeway Drive to an Architectural Preservation District, a resolution to grant Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio a pipeline easement at Bethany Lutheran Village, and a resolution to purchase drone services from Paladin Drones Inc. without competitive bidding. The council will also vote on a lease amendment with Reclaim Ceramics LLC for the property at 30 North Main Street. These items will be adopted by a single motion unless a councilmember removes any for separate discussion.
