Council to vote on ADU zoning updates, Axon police equipment contract

The South San Francisco City Council will hold public hearings on zoning amendments to update accessory dwelling unit regulations to comply with state law and to allow residential entitlements to be extended by up to two years. The council will also vote on a consent calendar that includes a $1.94 million increase to the Axon police equipment contract, amendments to contracts for the Orange Memorial Park Aquatic Center, and several library funding acceptances. A closed session is scheduled to discuss negotiations for the sale of vacant city property at 356 Grand Avenue.
