WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to amend Resolution No. 024-25 to update the virtual
meeting information for the remaining regular meetings of Calendar Year 2026.

RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 024 -25 TO UPDATE THE VIRTUAL
MEETING INFORMATION FOR THE REMAINING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
WHEREAS, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of Passaic adopted Resolution
No. 024-25 establishing the regular meeting schedule for Calendar Year 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to amend Resolution No. 024-25 to update the virtual
meeting information for the remaining regular meetings of Calendar Year 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the
City of Passaic as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED that the remaining regular meetings of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board for Calendar Year 2026 shall be held at 4:15 p.m. on the following dates:

Council votes on major contracts for underpass drainage and signage projects
The Passaic City Council will consider several ordinances, including amendments to the Eastside Redevelopment Plan and the designation of restricted parking for disabled persons. It will also vote on resolutions awarding contracts, notably a design‑and‑construction‑management contract for Passaic Avenue underpass drainage improvements up to $999,860 and a signage and banner services contract for an approximate amount of $50,000. The Passaic Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet virtually on March 17, 2026 to review two applications. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF PASSAIC RENT
LEVELING BOARD
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.) requires that public
bodies establish and publish an annual schedule of regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, the City of Passaic Rent Leveling Board conducts regular meetings to address matters
related to rent control and tenant-landlord regulations within the City of Passaic;
