Hey, I am going to call our special meaning to order. Can I please have the roll call? Council member Woods here. Council member Jones is absent. Council member Copeland. Council member Copeland. Yes. Vice Mayor Honeycutt here. Mayor Hansen. I'm here. If everybody could please stand with me for the pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Is there any public business from the floor and any item not on the agenda? Would your daughter like to do public? No. Okay. Seeing that, seeing none, I will go to city manager's report. We have one item on our special meeting agenda. Yes. Good afternoon, Mayor and City Council. If the county accepts this request, the following steps would include preparation of an agreement with the county, a noticed hearing and approval by the Board of Supervisors, and a notice of approval by the Board of Supervisors. And approval by the California S …

I'm going to call the meeting back to order. Oh, well, that's okay. She'll get here. And can I have the roll call, please? Council Member Woods? Here. Council Member Jones? Here. Council Member Copeland? Here. Vice Mayor Honeycutt? And Mayor Hansen? If everybody can please rise with me for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. And can I please have the closed session report? Nothing to report. Thank you. Is there any public business from the floor for anybody that's in person on any item not on the agenda? There we go. It was such a wonderful event. It was a wonderful gathering of our community. It was a wonderful gathering of people from outside our community who got to know Signal Hill. It was a wonderful, unique opportunity for Signal Hill because we're the only ones with a hill like that. That could do a hill climb. So congratulations. Thank you. And I just want to advocate to do it again next year, every year. I know it's a lot of work for the staff, but I think it's an important event to really promote our community and bring our community together. So thank you. Thank you, Sonya. I think Charlie's already beat you to that, advocating …
