The Planning and Zoning Commission will review four ordinance items. Two items (Ordinance 2026-004 and 2026-005) propose a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment and a rezoning for a parcel in the Perimeter Park West III area, located a quarter mile south of Ray Goodgame Parkway from the SR 50 intersection.
