✓ Decidido: Board tentatively schedules February workshop for ADA porch proposal
The Historic District Review Board held a workshop on a proposed ADA‑accessible porch and reconfigured entrance for 37 Main Street. Board members voiced concerns about the porch’s scale, materials, ramp location, and the treatment of historic doors. The owner, Brian Tormey, will revise the design and return for a second workshop. The board tentatively scheduled that follow‑up workshop for the February regular meeting.
