And so James Madison drafted the Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides the right for the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable search and seizure. Shall not be violated. And no warrant shall be issued but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation. And particularly describing the places to be searched, the persons or things to be seized. Now, I understand that I was fully downplayed in the last meeting by the city attorney. I didn't get a chance to either specify or say anything afterwards to give comments. Right. But remember that he said the data was collected for 30 days. That is an issue.
