Tres audiencias de revisión de diseño y concesión de variaciones para ampliaciones residenciales
La Comisión de Planeamiento celebrará audiencias públicas sobre tres proyectos residenciales que solicitan permisos de revisión de diseño y variaciones para ampliaciones de segundo piso y desviaciones de retranqueo/cobertura del lote en 251 Sequoia Drive, 25 Angela Avenue y 13 West Court. La Comisión también considerará aprobar las actas borrador de las reuniones de abril y mayo de 2026. Todos los proyectos están exentos categoricamente de la revisión de la LEED.
- 251 Sequoia Drive: ampliación de segundo piso, variación para exceder el tamaño máximo de la vivienda, aumentar la cobertura del lote del 52,5% al 52,9% (máximo 35%) y reducir el retranqueo trasero a 10 pies 8 pulgadas (requerido 14 pies).
