The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on three residential projects seeking design review permits and variances for second-story additions and setback/lot coverage deviations at 251 Sequoia Drive, 25 Angela Avenue, and 13 West Court. The Commission will also consider approving draft minutes from April and May 2026 meetings. All projects are categorically exempt from CEQA review.

The San Anselmo Town Council will discuss and provide feedback on the proposed draft Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget and workplan. The Council will also consider resolutions calling a November 2026 municipal election for council, clerk, and treasurer seats, and a special parcel tax measure for the Ross Valley Paramedic Authority. Other business includes adopting tax rates for municipal services, pension override, and library services, as well as a new Artificial Intelligence acceptable use policy and a General Fund Reserve Policy.

Public hearing on deck expansion and variances at 16 Hillcrest Court
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a Design Review Permit and Variances for a deck replacement/expansion at 16 Hillcrest Court, seeking to increase lot coverage from 39.16% to 40.6% (35% permitted) and reduce side yard setbacks to 1'0" and 3'11" (8' required). The Commission will also consider adopting an Administrative Zoning Ordinance Interpretation Policy for the 150-foot Mean Sea Level elevation threshold. Council to decide on downtown resident parking permit program and Pine Street time limits
The Town Council will consider a consent item establishing a Downtown Resident Parking Permit Program, amending parking time limits on a portion of Pine Street, and implementing an optional reduced fee for overnight permits.
