at 515 Loudon Road. John Hickok (of CHA Consulting, Inc) made a presentation to the Board. Chairman
Crouse made a motion to adjourn the hearing to a future date. Member Girvin seconded the motion. Upon
calling the vote, the motion to adjourn the hearing passed unanimously.

The minutes from the June 2, 2026, meeting were reviewed. Member Huang made a motion to approve the
minutes. Member Putnam seconded the motion, and upon roll call, the minutes were unanimously approved

A public hearing was held on the application of AJ Sign Company (Mabey’s Self Storage) for the premises
located at 344 New Karner Road. Thomas Wheeler made a presentation to the Board. Chairman Guzy made a
motion to deny the 67.48-square-foot wall sign. Member Huang seconded the motion, and upon calling the vote,
the motion to deny the sign passed unanimously.
