Sign Review Board (SRB) - Regular Meeting
Board to hear appeal for oversized wall sign at 344 New Karner Road
The Sign Review Board will hold public hearings on two new sign applications at its July 7, 2026 meeting. The primary item is an appeal by AJ Sign Company (Mabey's Self Storage) for a 67.48-square-foot wall sign at 344 New Karner Road, which was denied because its 35-foot height exceeds the 20-foot maximum. A second hearing for a sign at 602 Loudon Road (Five Guys) is also scheduled, but no details are provided in the agenda.
- Appeal hearing for 67.48 sq ft wall sign at 344 New Karner Road (Mabey's Self Storage) — height variance from 20 ft to 35 ft
- New hearing for sign permit at 602 Loudon Road (Five Guys) — no additional details in agenda
- Previous meeting approved 1 sq ft projecting sign for Jetset Pilates at 664 Loudon Road
- Previous meeting adjourned hearing for Keeler Mini sign at 1111 Troy Schenectady Road

The board approved two additional wall signs for Five Guys at 602 Loudon Road: a 44.7-square-foot side wall sign and a 33-square-foot rear wall sign, both unanimously. The board also unanimously approved the June 2, 2026 meeting minutes.
