The meeting was called to order at 5:15 PM. Present were Dianne Harbaugh (Chair), Roger
Young (Vice Chair), Adam Starr, Nick Kross, Steve Leopold, Sarah Hamlyn, William Todd,
Joe Babino, and Matt Belinger. Absent was Jason Richards. Others present included
Village Staff Liaison Alyssa Panzer, Deputy Nelson Sanchez from the Monroe County

tentative millage rate of 2.7231 mills, which is below the maximum allowable rate of 2.8 mills.
Village Manager Ron Saunders discussed salary increase assumptions included in the proposed
budget and highlighted differences between budget workshop scenarios.
Council discussed personnel costs, solid waste franchise fee projections, library funding, and fire
rescue overtime costs.
