Members of the Millville Zoning Board met on the above date for their regularly
scheduled monthly meeting in the Culver Center, 110 N. 3'4 Street, Millville, New Jersey.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM and announced that this meeting
was being conducted in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975, was
advertised, posted, and made available to the public as required by Statute.

The Chair reported the meeting was being conducted in accordance with the Open Public Meetings
Act of 1975 and the meeting had been posted and advertised as required.
Approval of Last Meeting ’s Minutes – A motion was made by Morgan to approve th e November ’s
2 02 5 meeting minutes and sec onded by Sheppard . CARRIED.
Treasurer ’s Report – We currently have $1,855.01 in our temporary budget.
Communications – 1 )Cruz handed out 2026 meeting d ates.
Tree Violations – 1 )28 Sheldon Ave – A motion was made by Chainey to send a violation to the
owners of 28 Sheldon Ave to remove dead tree s and seconded by Sheppard . CARRIED. 2) A motion
was made by Chainey to send a violation to the owners of 420 Ireland Ave to remove dead tree and
seconded by H ildreth . CARRIED. 3) A motion was made by Chainey to send a violation to the owners
of 314 W Main S treet to remove dead tree and seconded by Sheppard . CARRIED. 4)300 Union Lake
Road- There was a concern reported to the City about the trees at 300 Union Lake Road, at this time
the Shade Tree Com mission would like for the tree to bloom before making a decision.
Old Business – 1)Community Forestry Management Plan- Cruz is working with SaveA-Tree to
complete plan.

CALL TO ORDER:
Members of the Millville Planning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled monthly
meeting in the Richard C. McCarthy Chambers, on the 4" Floor of City Hall. The Secretary called the
meeting to order at 6:30 pm and announced that this meeting was being conducted in accordance with the

Members of the Millville Zoning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled

had a death grip over the position and they did not have a chance to do their job properly at the
tax payer’s expense. Ms. Broomhall states the Commission’s statements regarding the employee
and the move to economic developer are contradictory and the combined salaries of the new
administrator and economic developer are half a million dollars. Ms. Broomhall states the
commission should of given the previous administrator a chance to do his job instead of creating

Members of the Millville Planning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled monthly
meeting in the Richard C. McCarthy Chambers, on the 4" Floor of City Hall. The Secretary called the
meeting to order at 6:41pm and announced that this meeting was being conducted in accordance with the

CALL TO ORDER:
Members of the Millville Zoning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled
monthly meeting in the Richard C McCarthy Chamber, 4" floor of City Hall. The Secretary called
the meeting to order at 6:00 PM and announced that this meeting was being conducted in
accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975, was advertised, posted, and made
available to the public as required by Statute.
ROLL CALL:
Dawn Grossman, Board Secretary conducted roll call. There were six members in attendance.
There was a quorum and the meeting proceeded.

Millville City Commission swears in new commissioners and adopts reorganization resolutions
The Board of Commissioners certified the 2025 election results and administered oaths to five newly elected members.
