MUNICIPALITY OF MONROEVILLE CITIZENS’ NIGHT MEETING JUNE 2, 2026 MINUTES The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dennis Biondo at 7 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND MOMENT OF SILENCE The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and a moment of silence was observed. ROLL CALL The Recording Secretary, Sharon McIndoe, called roll and the following were present: Mayor Biondo, Joe Hyzy, Eric Poach, John Washington, Bill Krut, Mike Adams, Bob Williams, Allison Ramsey, Alexander Graziani, Bob Wratcher, Josie Rock, Paul Hugus, Joe Sedlak, Paul Whealdon, and Mikayla Lang. PAUL ESTOCK Mr. Estock came forward to give an update of the Fourth of July activities. He distributed information to council and an invitation for the Friday night event on July 3, 2026. He explained how there are a lot of activities planned by the municipal staff for the weekend. Mrs. Lang reported she has been working with the Parks and Recreation team on a grant and it was received from the county in the amount of $29,999. She stated it would help fund some of the costs of the All American Weekend. Mr. Estock mentioned the streetscape grant. Mr. Graziani reported the county executive announced a program earlier in the year and part of it is for streetscape and some was set aside for special festivals. He felt Monroeville was an easy pick because they will be celebrating its 75th Anniversary during America 250. MUNICIPALITY OF MONROEVILLE CITIZENS’ NIGHT MEETING FEBRUARY 3, 2026 MINUTES The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dennis Biondo at 7 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND MOMENT OF SILENCE The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and a moment of silence was observed. ROLL CALL The Recording Secretary, Sharon McIndoe, called roll and the following were present: Mayor Biondo, Joe Hyzy, Eric Poach, John Washington, Bill Krut, Mike Adams, Bob Williams, Allison Ramsey, Makayla Lang, Bob Wratcher, Josie Rock, Paul Hugus, Joe Sedlak and Paul Whealdon. Mr. Graziani was absent. Mayor Biondo recognized Cub Scout Troup No. 184 from Cross Roads Presbyterian Church on Haymaker Road. He reported they are working on the Citizenship Badge. He welcomed them and thanked them for attending. BILL HEUMME Mr. Bill Heumme came forward representing the American Legion Post 820 and expressed this concerns for the fee imposed for the runoff bill. He inquired whether there was anything that could be done. He mentioned how much they do for the community with the honor guard for the parades and a baseball team. He was hoping something could be done about the fees because they could barely keep the doors open before it was imposed but now it is getting more difficult. Mayor Biondo clarified that he was speaking about the MS4 Bill and Mr. Henry concurred.
