And I'm going to call the thursday SEPTEMBER 3rd 2026 planning and zoning work session to order a quorum of the planning and zoning commission is present and the meeting has been posted in accordance with the texas open meetings act to the texas government code. So at this time we'll have staff come forward and discuss the items on tonight's work session agenda. So before we get into the items for this evening, um, I have a couple of just community announcements here. Just a reminder labor day um, the city hall is closed on monday. There are a couple of adjustments for trash and recycling days um other facilities so listed on the screen there uh and our h2o and outreach center and the iron horse golf course will be open. Um of course look at the website for holiday hours also uh coming up we have uh next week the SEPTEMBER 11th um ceremony that we have here every year at city hall we saw driving in probably the flags that were placed out on the lawn um that is scheduled to begin at 9:11 A.M.. I would arrive earlier than that to get a seat if you would like to attend. Uh, it's just a really nice service that our, uh, fire department and police department put on here. The following week on monday we have this clayton tells me it's pronounced goi soggy. Uh, on, uh, some sort of ensemble I don't know, it could be it could be correct.
