Zoning Administrator

The Santa Rosa Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor Design Review permit for a new drive-through restaurant building with landscaping and site improvements at 131 College Avenue. Planning Commission

The Santa Rosa Planning Commission will hold two public hearings: one to consider an appeal of the denial of a Massage Establishment Certificate for Highway 12 Massage, and another to consider approvals for a proposed 82-unit Continuing Care Retirement Community at 2021 Gullane Drive. The commission will also approve minutes and receive public comments.
