Council to vote on renewing a 5.75‑mill tax levy for the next five years
The Trotwood City Council will appoint a Vice‑Mayor for a two‑year term and consider a resolution to renew a 5.75‑mill tax levy for five years, which will be placed on the May 5 2026 ballot. It will also act on two ordinances—one revising barnyard‑animal rules in agricultural districts and another rezoning about 3.082 acres on Strawberry Court from light industrial to low‑density residential. Additional items include authorizing a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for pedestrian improvements on Olive Road and approving several community‑event resolutions with specified expenditures.
