Council to vote on reducing taxicab driver permit lookback from 10 to 5 years

City Council

Council will hold a public hearing on annexing 72.67 acres at Boones Ferry Rd

The Woodburn City Council will consider routine consent agenda items, including approval of December 8, 2025 meeting minutes and several reports. A public hearing will be conducted on annexing approximately 72.67 acres at 1505 Boones Ferry Rd NE and on a large‑lot subdivision application. Council will vote on two ordinances: one revising the Transportation System Plan and related Development Ordinance provisions, and another vesting City Administrator duties in the City Manager and declaring an emergency. Staff will brief the Council on a planning commission decision regarding Farmdale Apartments on W Lincoln Street.
