Maypearl ISD board to weigh budget, tax rate at Aug. 27 meeting
The Maypearl ISD Board of Trustees held three public hearings in the past week to discuss campus and district Texas Education Agency (TEA) ratings. The median homestead value is estimated to rise from $265,066 to $300,663, and the estimated property tax bill for a median-valued homestead would increase from $2,492.42 (FY 2025-2026) to $2,746.26 (FY 2026-2027).
