Campbell County Board to weigh $45 million school renovation; Comprehensive Plan, rezoning on horizon
Campbell County officials have a packed schedule of land-use and budget decisions in motion, with the Board of Supervisors set to act on a $45 million school renovation and a Comprehensive Plan update, while the Planning Commission and Industrial Development Authority took up their own agendas in recent meetings.

Board of Supervisors — July 21
The Board's July 21 agenda included several consequential items:
- A recommendation to proceed with a **$45 million renovation of Altavista Combined School**, with a vote to authorize that construction budget.
