Englewood Council Set to Vote on Special Improvement District Budget, Armory Street Land Sale; Zoning and Planning Boards Packed with Hearings
Englewood's boards and councils have a full docket this week, but residents should note: minutes have not yet been published for any of the recent meetings listed below. What follows is drawn from official agendas, not confirmed outcomes. No votes, approvals, or dollar amounts should be read as final until minutes are available.
City Council — July 13
The City Council's July 13 agenda is the most consequential of the cycle. The body is scheduled to hold a public hearing and vote on the Special Improvement District Budget for FY 2027. Also on the agenda:
