Cumberland County boards weigh transit, tax, and infrastructure items; no decisions yet public
Cumberland County commissioners and two of their committees met this week to consider a range of financial, transit, and infrastructure items. The agendas, however, show the board took up tax collection, a regional transit study, and several solid-waste service agreements.
Board of Commissioners – August 3
The full board met on August 3 with a consent agenda that included:
- Approval of the FY2026-2027 Tax Levy Charge to the Collector
- Approval of the Tax Collector’s Preliminary Report and Proposed Annual Settlement
- Approval of a Joint 911 Taskforce
- Approval of the FY27 Community Transportation Program (CTP) Drug and Alcohol Policy
