Carpentersville Board to Consider $1.42M Road Resurfacing Contract; Recent Meeting Outcomes Pending
Carpentersville's Village Board will consider more than $3.1 million in contracts at its July 21 meeting, headlined by a $1,423,566.75 award to Triggi Construction, Inc. for the 2026 Village Resurface Program. The meeting also includes a $1,368,535.39 contract for Public Works Facility improvements and several other infrastructure agreements.

The largest item on the agenda is the resurfacing contract with Triggi Construction. The board will also consider a $1,368,535.39 contract to Copenhaver Construction for grading and fueling improvements at the Public Works Facility.
Additional contracts up for approval:
- A not-to-exceed $227,261.44 contract to Integrated Lakes Management for pond dredging in the Newport Cove Subdivision.
- A $130,970.00 contract to HR Green, Inc. for Phase III engineering services for the Public Works Facility site.
The board will also consider adopting an ordinance amending Section 2.40.010 to permit outside employment for all full-time village officers. The consent agenda includes Fiscal Year 2026 bills and several special event permits, plus a presentation of board room design options.
