Common Council (July 7) — Agenda included development agreements for TPAMMT, LLC at 303 Reid Street and New Land Enterprises LLC at 100 S. License Committee (July 7) — Considered a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage / Class C Wine license application for Nicolet Ale Works, LLC at 301 Main Av, plus Class A and Class B renewal applications for the July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 period.
Board of Public Works (July 13) — Considered preventative maintenance contracts for backup generators and the Merrill Street Well Station Inspection Project, and a Nominal Payment Parcel Report for Project 4190-17-00.
Finance/Personnel Committee (July 14) — Considered a sale and development agreement with Machine Plus for expansion at 2130 American Blvd in the West Business Park; a TDS Telecommunications, LLC quotation for internet service at the 224 N. Wisconsin Parking Ramp; an updated Fox River Fire District agreement; a parameters resolution for 2026A G.O. promissory notes; and a compensation study update.
Board of Park Commissioners (July 16) — Considered bids for Ice Arena flooring and playground surfacing at Volunteer and Carney Parks, a $3,000 donation from Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine, and a discussion of beer garden revenue allocation.

Common Council — Tuesday, July 21. The largest-dollar items on the agenda are three resolutions authorizing General Obligation Promissory Notes of up to $11.8 million, $7.15 million, and $3.9 million. The council will also hold public hearings on Ordinance #26-14, amending the Official Street Map to add a future street at Lost Dauphin Road North in the 2100 block, and Ordinance #26-15, amending Chapter 14 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance with June 2026 amendments. Youth Commission — Wednesday, July 22. City Manager Kim Flom is scheduled as guest speaker. Commissioners will review Leadership Workbook Chapter 2 on developing a growth mindset, vote on a new Youth Commission Instagram name, and hold a parks discussion.
