The Personnel Administration Legislation Committee met July 13 with an action item on CMS-2454-IFC, a federal interim final rule on Medicaid community engagement requirements. The Alameda County Social Services Agency and Alameda County Health recommended opposing the rule. Informational items included federal and state legislative updates.
The Procurement and Contracting Policy Committee met July 13 for informational updates on the October–December 2025 procurement report, a 12-month outlook, and Measure A1 local business contracting. No votes were scheduled.
