Planning Commission approves Wine Country Inn site plan modification
The Livermore Planning Commission approved a site plan design review modification for the Wine Country Inn project on July 13, 2026. The vote was 3-1. Commissioners also adopted Resolution 05-26, finding the project remains within the scope of a prior environmental impact report and is exempt from further CEQA provisions, on a 4-0 vote. Staff were directed to work with the applicant on a condition to limit extended stays.
The commission also approved minutes from prior meetings: April 21, 2026 minutes with corrections (3-0-1) and May 5, 2026 minutes with amendments (4-0).
Pickleball facility approved at 4650 Arroyo Vista
In a separate July 13 meeting, the Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for an indoor pickleball facility, Pickleball Kingdom, at 4650 Arroyo Vista. The vote was 4-0 on CUP 26-004. Commissioners adopted Resolution 07-26 finding the project CEQA exempt (4-0) and Resolution 08-26 approving the facility (4-0). May 19, 2026 meeting minutes were approved 3-0-1.
Event center approved at 180 South Livermore Avenue
The commission approved CUP 25-005 for the Blanco Modern Venue event center at 180 South Livermore Avenue (4-0). Commissioners adopted Resolution 09-26 finding the event space project CEQA exempt (4-0) and Resolution 10-26 approving the event center with amended noise and parking conditions (4-0).
