Hackettstown boards set housing, infrastructure, and parking items on July agendas
Council agenda includes affordable housing ordinances and grant applications
The Mayor and Town Council scheduled public hearings and final adoptions for three ordinances at its July 9 meeting, according to the agenda. Ordinance #2026-08 and Ordinance #2026-09 concern Development Fees and Affordable Housing Provisions. Ordinance #2026-07 would repeal section 6-10(c), which addresses dogs on certain public walkways.
