Planning Commission — July 20
The Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing on FDP26-001, a final development plan for a 50-unit affordable multifamily residential project at 1300 Colorado Boulevard. The parcel is 1.54 acres and zoned C-2. The agenda also included a motion to approve minutes from June 4, 2026, and a motion to approve the July 20 agenda. City Council — July 27
