City Council: rezoning, Culver's property, and fee changes on the table
The City Council's July 6 agenda included a public hearing and first reading of an ordinance to rezone Kentucky Ridge Commercial Plat 1 from Highway Commercial/Planned Unit Development to Highway Commercial (C-2). The consent agenda listed a resolution to vacate and convey city property to JPJ Acquisitions for the Culver's project, with a public hearing scheduled for July 20.
