Local Planning Agency
The Local Planning Agency met July 6, 2026, to hold public hearings on three land-use text amendments:
- Ordinance 2026-04: Temporary shelter permits under Florida Statute §166.0335.
- Ordinance 2026-05: Lot frontage and setback requirements for through lots and corner lots.
- Ordinance 2026-06: Home occupation text amendments.
