Administrative Services: $3.85M Housing Plan and Airport Marketing Appeal
The Administrative Services Committee considered the FY2026 Annual Action Plan totaling $3,852,829.39 for housing and service needs for low- and moderate-income residents. The agenda also listed a partnership with Augusta/CSRA Habitat for Humanity for single-family home construction and funding for CapitalRise, LLC for development in the Pebble Creek Area. An appeal regarding RFQ/P #26-172 Airport Marketing Agency for Augusta Regional airport was also on the agenda.
Public Services: Airport Security, Park Construction, and Liquor Licenses

A traffic signal at the Pleasant Home Road & Fox Hall intersection was listed with $180,000 from the developer and $130,414 from Augusta. The agenda also included a $460,000.00 change order for Highland Avenue Water Treatment Plant Filter Modification Phase 2 and $251,511.00 in supplemental funding for Wrightsboro Road Improvements solar lighting.
Public Safety: Detention Center Lighting and Grant Awards
The Public Safety Committee reviewed a $54,400.00 change order for 50 light fixtures at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center. Grant items included a $650,000.00 Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant award to Juvenile Court and a $48,375.00 B.O.O.S.T. grant award from the Georgia Department of Education. The committee also considered RFP 25-167 award for a Permitting, Licensing and Code Enforcement Regulatory Services System to Tyler Technologies and the purchase of a WCCTV Mini Dome Solar Surveillance Trailer.
Finance: Housing Authority Bonds and Lot Cleanup Funding
