Several North Attleborough boards and committees met between July 6 and July 16, 2026. Because minutes have not yet been published for any of these meetings, the items below reflect what was on each agenda for consideration or vote — not confirmed outcomes.
Planning Board: Bonds, Street Acceptance, and Industrial Permit
The Planning Board's July 9 agenda included the largest dollar items of the week. The board was scheduled to consider a $29,000 bond for Arsen Hambardzumian and Hipolito Aguilera at 829 South Washington Street and a $312,097.50 bond release for John Walsh's Jeffrey Drive project in Westwood Estates. A street acceptance recommendation for Ronald C. Meyer Drive and Houde Street (Walsh Realty Partnership) was also listed.
Public hearings were scheduled for a 7-lot Hillside Estates subdivision and a Level 3 Major Site Plan Special Permit for a 20,000-square-foot industrial building with 25 parking spaces at 405 Plain Street. Level 1 site plan reviews included a daycare change of use at The Think Lab and a 40,420-square-foot solar canopy at Metalor, 255 John L Dietsch Blvd.
Board of Public Works: Four Contract Awards on Agenda
The Board of Public Works met July 15 at 6:30 PM with four contract awards on the agenda: Walsh Contracting for Landry Avenue improvements, C.N. Wood for Vactor truck replacement, Wachs Utility Products for a valve exerciser and hydro-excavator, and Weston and Sampson for Year 10 sewer investigation preliminary design. Housing Authority: FY 2027 Annual Plan Public Hearing
The North Attleborough Housing Authority held a public hearing on July 9 at 6:00 PM at 204 Elm Street on its proposed FY 2027 Annual Plan. Conservation Commission: Order of Conditions Vote and Multiple Filings
The Conservation Commission's July 7 agenda included a vote to issue an Order of Conditions for 563 South Washington Street (Rob Knappik, Route 85 Realty Corp., SE 243-1022). Other items: a Request for Determination of Applicability for 14 Wild Acres Road (RDA #26-08), a Notice of Intent for 60 Wendy Drive (SE 243-10xxx), a modification request for 451 Elm Street involving a Regional Food Security Center and playground (SE 243-0998), and a Certificate of Compliance request for 26 Charles W. Barth Drive (James Mason, SE 243-0537).
School Building Committee: 90% CD MSBA Submission
The School Building Committee was scheduled to vote on three items July 16: approval of June 18, 2026 meeting minutes, June 2026 invoices, and the 90% CD MSBA submission. Construction updates and neighbor meetings were also listed for discussion.
Licensing Board: Liquor, Junk Dealer, Theater, and Coin-Operated Machine Licenses
